Shake a tail feather and join us as we celebrate all things avian in the most egg-cellent way.

Piedmont Wildlife Center (joining from 11 am-1 pm) to meet some of their feathered friends!
Durham County Master Gardeners, to learn about creating bird-friendly spaces in your area.
Stacy Lewis, artist extraordinaire, with a painting demo and a chance to make your own bird art!
This event also marks the finale of the Museum Migratory Madness challenge (aka the ‘Beat Ranger Greg Birding Challenge). Track which birds you see on campus throughout the month with his printable, and turn in your score at this event to participate!
Spring into Action marks the Museum of Life and Science’s participation in the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, AZA’s Party for the Planet, a yearly celebration encouraging folks to create habitats, reduce and clean up litter, and get outdoors!
