October 17 Gathering at SEEDS
We gathered for a tour with Erin Holden, Executive Director of SEEDS on a beautiful evening to walk through the garden, explore their initiatives, and then discussed needs and collaboration opportunties. Find the notes here.
Quarterly Gathering Plan
When we last met in March 2024 at the Durham Hub Farm, our group suggested we meet quarterly at community gardens around Durham to network and learn from each other.

Interfaith Food Shuttle
Gardens for Everyone - Inter-Faith Food Shuttle wants to help you get started by building a 4’ x 8’ raised-bed garden box with you and supporting you along the way from seed to harvest. Sliding fee from $25-$200.
Keep Durham Beautiful
Wood Chips - at certain times of the year, City Urban Forestry donates wood chips to KDB for use by community spaces, contact info@keepdurhambeautiful.org to request wood chips.
Volunteers - contact info@keepdurhambeautiful.org to request a group of volunteers. Volunteers and gardens are matched at mutually convenient times. Garden must provide someone to guide volunteers.
