The Friends of Geer Cemetery are preparing for an upcoming archaeological survey, and they need your help!

All the leaves need to be removed from the grounds in order to provide an accurate reading by the scientific equipment.

Join us on Saturday, October 15th from 10am to 12pm for a mass leaf removal. This is a big project, so we need as many volunteers as possible!

Keep Durham Beautiful will provide gloves, rakes, pruners, and other small hand tools. We invite owners of leaf blowers to bring those with them as well.
