Last year Fullsteam Brewery, in partnership with the Durham Originals and Keep Durham Beautiful, brought out over 80 of volunteers to plant 250 trees in the historic Walltown neighborhood. This year they're back and counting on you to help them plant 75 (or more) trees around the Northgate neighborhood! Head to Fullsteam Brewery, 726 Rigsbee Ave, after you are done planting to chat with lead brewer and sustainability coordinator, Amanda Richardson. Grab a reusable stainless steel mug for $10 and get it filled with a Fullsteam classic for free as a token of our appreciation. Proceeds benefit Fullsteam’s green team! Because this project is a bit smaller in scale, we are capping the number of volunteers at 50, so sign up today!
