The Mountains to Sea Trail is turning 45 this year, and in celebration we're teaming up with the Friends of the MST to host litter pickups followed by hikes on select portions of the MST.

These opportunities are great for folks who want to get outside, enjoy nature, and experience the MST while also making a positive difference on their environment. It's also a great opportunity for those who are participating in the 45 Mile Challenge.

Due to safety concerns, we request that all volunteers be 18 or older. Details and meeting instructions will be sent by email the day before for the project you select. Please wear long pants and closed toed shoes and dress for the weather. We recommend bringing your own water bottle and a backpack or camelback. All tools will be provided, including gloves, and a shuttle will be provided from the parking area to the beginning of the cleanup/hike.
