During Big Sweep, a large area of litter was discovered near the Mountain-to-Sea Trail and Falls Lake just off of Redwood Rd. The litter has been collecting in this area in very large quantities and we are committed to getting it all cleaned up! We would like to see lots of people come out and help in one big effort to get as much of the litter as possible. This will be the first of two cleanups happening here in November.

Gloves, vests and trash bags will be provided. Please wear sturdy shoes or boots, long pants, and dress in layers for the weather. This is going to be a fun and impactful event and will be a great way to get involved in Keep Durham Beautiful!
