Skip the crowds and waiting in line on Black Friday, and join us for a Day of Service instead! Come out on Friday, November 25th for a brief Plant Walk followed by a cleanup along Ellerbe Creek in Walltown Park.

Meet at 1pm for the Plant Walk, which will be led by Walltown resident Vito Di Bona, to demonstrate the biodiversity along the creek corridor.

Around 1:30, we will spread out along the creek and park to remove litter from this important waterway!

Make sure to wear close-toed shoes or boots, and clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. KDB will provide all the supplies, including gloves, litter grabbers, and trash bags. Dress for the weather (layers!) and bring a reusable water bottle.
